Job Summary
Role requires handling day-to-day accounting entries in SAP; manage purchase accounting, GRN and invoice matching; coordinate with warehouse team for stock reconciliation using WMS; assist in GST workings, TDS calculations, and return support; maintain vendor ledgers, payment follow-ups, month-end closing; monitor inward/outward material movement; prepare financial statements and management reports; ensure compliance with taxation rules; liaise with procurement, warehouse, and finance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- 3 years +of experience in accounting.
- Working knowledge of SAP MM Module and WMS is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Finance & Taxation (GST, TDS).
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Reporting).
