Job Summary
Bridge the gap between raw field data and executive decision-making by collaborating with senior leadership to define data requirements and drive strategic business goals. Develop and apply data models to assess performance, forecast outcomes, and support ROI analysis while analysing field data to identify trends and provide commercially focused recommendations. Design engaging dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Pyramid to transform complex datasets into compelling narratives, ensuring data quality and governance standards are maintained throughout pipelines. Lead or contribute to data initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation, while coaching and developing three direct reports to foster a high-performance culture aligned with business priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to move beyond operational reporting by leveraging data to support business strategy, drive performance improvements, and influence decision-making
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders, customers, and operational teams to translate business needs into data solutions
- Technical Mastery: Advanced Excel skills and a good understanding of data structures, data integration processes, and reporting environments
- Insight to Action: Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Project Expertise: Experience contributing to or leading data and insight projects, from requirements gathering and data design through to dashboard development and stakeholder adoption
- People Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop three direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture, building capability, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality outputs aligned to business priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure) and familiarity with data pipelines and data architecture concepts
- Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Pyramid to create meaningful and engaging dashboards
