Job Summary
Develop data-driven insights and dashboards to drive business decisions and improve operational performance. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, root causes, and actionable recommendations. Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel; present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement insights-driven strategies, monitor KPIs, and support forecasting models. Strong emphasis on practical, measurable solutions derived from analytical methodologies, with focus on data integrity and effective communication of findings to senior management and operational teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role
- Proficient in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Knowledge of SQL for querying databases
- Understanding of fundamental statistical analytical techniques
- Experience with statistical programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey data insights
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to develop practical solutions based on data outputs
- Familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning techniques is a bonus
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Understanding of client systems and processes
