Job Summary
Temporary, ~6 weeks, hybrid SME Instructor to design, develop, maintain, and deliver Insider Threat Curriculum. Responsibilities include collaborating with client program leads and technical staff to design, convert, develop, and deliver training products; perform as an instructor and course manager; complete client Instructor Basic and Intermediate Certification; manage courses and student accounts; support 105+ products and ~30 courses; provide SME support for Training Needs Analysis and beta testing; support ADDIE processes from cradle to grave; review training materials for accuracy and relevancy; require Bachelor’s degree or five years of related instructor experience; current TS/SCI security clearance; U.S. Citizenship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field; in lieu of degree, five years of instructor experience with adult learning/distance learning related to DoW Security Policy
