Insider Threat Program Manager

Insider Threat Program Manager within Global Security responsible for enabling a mission-critical insider threat capability at global scale—owning strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes to protect people, data, and platforms. Collaborates across Cybersecurity, Technology, Risk Management & Compliance, Legal, HR, and Regulatory Affairs to stay ahead of threats and drive firmwide risk reduction. The role requires translating complex signals into decisive action, resilient controls, and executive narratives, with leadership of multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include defining priorities and success metrics for the insider threat operating model, automating and maturing risk indicators and dashboards, governing cross-functional forums and ensuring audit readiness, curating notable insider events, delivering role-specific training, benchmarking against industry practices, and synthesizing complex data into concise narratives for senior leadership. The position emphasizes strategic development, program governance, stakeholder enablement, and communications at the executive level, with a focus on turning lessons learned into updated controls, playbooks, and targeted awareness to influence behavior.
