Job Summary
Inside Wholesaler, Life Insurance at RBC: cultivate and maintain quality relationships with existing RBC Insurance Brokers while developing new relationships in specific territories; increase sales of RBC Insurance products; collaborate with Sales Consultants to establish strategic plans and targets; recommend Life Insurance products to producers, provide quotes and solutions, support producers with industry knowledge and training, set up new producer/MGA arrangements, build relationships with marketing staff, book presentations/meetings, and identify cross-sell opportunities across Life, Living Benefits, Wealth, and Group; maintain CRM and handle regular communications. Must-have Life Insurance License (LLQP) or willing to obtain within 6 months, post-secondary education or equivalent, strong sales and communication skills, and ability to travel occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- Life Insurance License (LLQP) or willingness to obtain license within 6 months
- Post-secondary education or the equivalent
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven professional sales experience
- Ability to train and influence others
- Willingness to travel occasionally
