Job Summary
Inside Truck Sales role focusing on in-store sales for used stock trucks, prospecting and building relationships with customers, achieving sales goals, data mining to identify opportunities, maintaining daily CRM activity, and collaborating with other departments to maximize customer satisfaction. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to perform under pressure, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and willingness to travel occasionally. - Effective oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with high energy and integrity
- Ability to negotiate with prospects/customers at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Exceptional customer service orientation and phone skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems (Dealer Socket CRM, etc.)
- Some travel may be required
