Job Summary
Inside Sales role focused on the CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, and Elastomers) territory in the Eastern time zone (NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, WV, KY, MO, KS). Responsibilities include managing the complete sales cycle, quoting prices, handling leads, generating opportunities, providing back-up for technical sales, coordinating with leadership on customer requests, and maintaining customer correspondence in MS D365 CRM. Requires Bachelor’s degree (chemistry or sciences preferred), 2+ years of industry or sales experience, proficiency with MS Office and D365 CRM, and strong writing, presentation, teamwork, and organizational skills. Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication abilities are essential, along with the ability to write reports and business communications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (chemistry or sciences preferred)
- 2 or more years industry or sales experience
- MS Office, Microsoft D365 CRM, Outlook
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member
- Effective communication and presentation skills

- Strong organizational skills and time management
