Inside Team Member- South Hill

Answer product and service questions, attract potential customers, and maintain customer accounts by recording and updating information. Prepare and package food products, collect payments, and hand out orders while resolving issues by determining causes, explaining solutions, and following up for corrections. Maintain financial accounts through processing customer adjustments and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related requests. Work outdoors in various temperatures and noisy environments, using hands repetitively and standing for prolonged periods. Be available for evenings, weekends, and unscheduled shifts including nights and emergencies.
