Job Summary
Support professional customers with Weblink, WorldPac, and other electronic part catalogs by assisting associates with e-catalog lookups, providing specification sheets, and accessing online sources for late model fluid information. Manage inventory by identifying products needing stocking, assisting with daily stock orders, removing aged product, and receiving new orders. Source and order requested parts for mechanical repairs, monitor delivery times for aftermarket and fast-moving items, and locate OE product where dealership relationships are lacking. Track RTVs, cores, and warranties for prompt resolution while attending production meetings as requested. Reduce OE spend by identifying products available through intercompany supply channels and coordinating training for technicians. Review pending reconditioned cars to verify market basket availability and identify solutions for cars in parts hold. Provide feedback regarding issues, concerns, and opportunities to the management team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Must have close vision
- Must have distance vision
- Must have color vision
- Must have depth perception
- Must have the ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to talk
- Must be able to hear
- Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle or feel
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to climb or balance
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Desired Qualifications
