Job Summary

Inside Service Sales Specialist at ABB responsible for proactively prospecting and qualifying small Preventative Maintenance Agreement opportunities, executing campaigns to drive PMA attachment rates, and managing the full sales cycle from lead to close. Role includes presenting quotes generated by the Contracts team, documenting activities in CRM, escalating larger opportunities, collaborating with Contracts, and meeting KPIs. Requires B2B or inside sales experience in technical/industrial sectors, a related bachelor's degree, strong communication and time-management skills, CRM/M365 proficiency, and U.S. work authorization. Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development (preferably in technical/industrial sectors)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Sales prospecting, qualification, and transactional closing capability
  • Communication skills and time/prioritization management
  • Self-motivation, coachability, and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment
  • CRM and Microsoft 365 proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
