Job Summary
Prepare and issue service quotes based on customer inquiries and inspection findings, clearly communicating repair options and optimizing conversion rates through targeted follow-ups. Collaborate with operations, service, and inspection teams to ensure timely delivery while maintaining accurate documentation of quotes and sales activities. Provide consultative support to customers by identifying needs and recommending appropriate service solutions, then hand off secured sales to the Service Project Manager. Monitor the sales pipeline to report on key metrics including quote volume and conversion rates, supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quoting and sales process. This role requires a post-secondary degree in business, inside sales experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a post-secondary degree in business or equivalent
- Previous inside sales experience
- High degree of customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle competing priorities at times
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach)
- Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment
- Effective interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on communication skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Valid driver's license
