Job Summary
Manage communications, quotes, and project coordination for assigned accounts, including builders, contractors, and repeat clients. Prepare accurate sales orders and track leads in systems to maintain an organized pipeline. Coordinate with Customer Service, Template, Production, and Installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and confirm job site readiness. Resolve issues proactively and maintain clear documentation while guiding clients through product selection and design decisions. Requires reliable transportation for occasional travel or in-home consultations, consistent attendance, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
