Job Summary
Render prompt service to customers in person and via phone, email, or text by providing prices, product application details, and substitutions. Prepare written quotes for quantity orders, process sales transactions, and pick orders from the warehouse to service counter customers. Coordinate returns with warehouse staff and resolve customer inquiries or complaints while informing buyers of promotions and incentives. Maintain accurate records of frequently requested out-of-stock items and support outside sales, estimating, and project management activities. Complete career track training in WIN University and assist in training new sales personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly learn organizational procedures and operations
- Ability to analyze non-complex administrative details and correct routine error situations
- High degree of math competency and ability to maintain arithmetic and statistical accuracy
- Possess good oral communication skills
- Operate material handling equipment
- Effective understanding of the WISE system in order to produce sales orders and execute other duties specific to your Company
- Must work well with other people. Help management, co-workers, customers and others meet their objectives and complete their assignments.
- Ability to safely lift and handle material weighing up-to 50 pounds
