Job Summary
Inside Salesperson role responsible for being the primary contact for assigned accounts (builders, contractors, and loyal repeat clients). Duties include managing communications, quotes, and project coordination with proactive follow-up to ensure a seamless customer experience. Prepare accurate quotes and sales orders, verify measurements, specifications, and pricing meet company standards, and track leads/opportunities in the sales pipeline. Coordinate with Customer Service, Template, Production, and Installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and job-site readiness, while resolving issues and maintaining clear documentation. Requires data-reporting capability, effective communication, travel between locations, reliable transportation, and a professional, proactive attitude aligned with the company’s brand standards. Must be able to pass a 7-year background check and pre-employment drug testing.
