Job Summary
Quote prices for tire and automotive services, inspect and diagnose repairs, and communicate necessary solutions to customers. Maintain company goals for CFNA applications, tire units, and alignment averages while identifying new sales opportunities within the existing base. Provide outstanding customer service in person and on the phone, monitor wait times, and notify clients on special order follow-up. Assist with administrative duties, inventory, vehicle pickup and delivery, and support the alignment and tire shops as needed. Obtain monthly sales and unit goals set by the store manager. Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Insurable Driving Record
- Minimum of 1-2 years' tire experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years' sales experience
- Must be able to stand 80% of the time
- Must be able to walk 15% of the time
- Must be able to sit 5% of the time
- Must be able to perform frequent bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and twisting
- Must be able to walk on uneven surfaces
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must have frequent use of hands and fingers for grasping and dexterity
- Must be able to maintain constant visual, auditory, and verbal communication
- Must be able to work in frequent exposure to noise, dirt, dust, mechanical vibration, fumes, and outdoor conditions
- Must be able to work in occasional extreme heat/cold or wet/humid environments
- Must be able to handle occasional hazards due to mechanical equipment, moving objects
- Must be able to use protective gear (PPE)
