Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative in Woburn, MA, responsible for growing sales and gross margin by taking orders via phone, in person, and through digital tools; enter stock, direct, direct and back orders; demonstrate and promote online ordering tools; participate in ongoing Digital Tools training; assist customers with information and demonstrations; perform outreach to new and existing customers to increase market share; provide back-up to the counter; and perform other duties as directed by management. Requires high school diploma and preferred college/technical training in electrical/construction; strong customer service and computer skills (Excel/website navigation); full-time hours, Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM with salary $27-$30/hour plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 2 Year College or Vocational School preferred with emphasis on electrical and construction industry and/or equivalent knowledge through job related experience and training
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel and Website navigation
