Job Summary
Remote Inside Sales Treatment Specialist to deliver virtual consultations, educate customers on LaserAway’s aesthetic treatments, present tailored treatment plans, and drive sales. Responsibilities include outbound/inbound calls, emails, and video meetings to educate prospects, coordinate with Location Directors and Patient Care Coordinators, discuss financing options, resolve concerns, uphold brand standards, and contribute to a collaborative team culture. Requires a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and at least 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket or luxury beauty/dermatology context; must be available evenings/weekends. Base pay $20/hour plus commissions with uncapped earning potential; remote work from PST/MST states encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry, or equivalent experience in commission-based luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology
