Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative for the Transit division, responsible for new business development through the entire sales process (prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing) with a highly consultative solutions approach. Maintain and manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle, track customer information, forecasts, and reports, and ensure CRM (Salesforce) is regularly updated. Build robust pipelines to achieve quarterly and annual targets, demonstrate the ability to rapidly grasp and convey technical information, collaborate with the sales team in a fast-paced environment, and work toward uncapped commission with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospective customers
- Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic
- Ability to learn technical products and communicate their value to customers
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively as part of a team
