Job Summary
Conduct rotating training through warehouse, counter sales, and inside sales departments to master the full sales cycle from inquiry to invoicing. Execute telephone and digital sales by discussing customer requirements, pricing, and delivery timelines while entering orders into the ECLIPSE system. Solve customer problems involving lost shipments, returns, and emergency needs; arrange vendor sourcing for non-stock items and alert clients to promotions. Maintain weekly open order reports, customer queues, and pricing trackers while collaborating with expeditors and internal teams to ensure accurate delivery. Complete self-paced web-based modules on electrical distribution and product groups.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. several times a day, bend, twist, and climb.
- May be required to operate powered industrial trucks.
- A high degree of interpersonal understanding.
- Experience in effective conflict resolution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-Motivated.
- Proactive & driven to find new business
