Job Summary
Answer phones for inbound and outbound account management, build quotes, expedite orders, and prepare sales orders. Build positive customer relationships, handle cancellations or changes in sales orders, and communicate pertinent information with related departments. Emphasize service or product features and benefits, quote prices, and coordinate with customers. Work toward company sales goals while multi-tasking and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, self-directed environment. Speak on the phone for long periods using the voice and phone system.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of sales related experience
- Organizational skills
- Quick thinker
- Computer Savvy
