Job Summary
Facilitate sales in the region using sales and management, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include developing new sales opportunities, managing and closing sales, and liaising between customers and Toshiba production. Requires experience with the UPS Industry, Data Center, Service Sales, or Property Management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The role demands excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptability, and a results-oriented approach with proven inside sales success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
- 5+ years in Sales or Account Management
- Oracle Knowledge
- Excellent CRM knowledge
- Sales Knowledge and strong desire to learn sales techniques

- Toshiba customer base knowledge
- Customer set up process
- Familiar with PM and maintenance contracts
