Inside Sales

Inside Sales Representative at The Granite Group: you’ll answer incoming sales calls and greet walk-in customers, write sales orders and quotes, assist with picking and packing orders, restock merchandise, and perform general branch duties. You’ll discuss plumbing, heating, and HVAC products and applications with customers, leveraging strong computer skills as technology will be a key tool. Collaboration with the branch sales team, including other reps, counter sales, and the branch manager, is essential to ensure every customer receives support.
