Job Summary
Inside Sales Technical Support based in Voisins-le-Bretonneux, France, collaborates with a diverse, international team to deliver expert technical support for selected heating and cooling solutions. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, act as product reference for heating and cooling solutions, resolve and track issues in CRM, and collaborate with sales engineers and product specialists to solve complex technical challenges. Build product expertise to stay current with solutions and market developments, maintaining a hybrid work arrangement aligned with local agreements after onboarding. Required Qualifications
- Background or experience in hydraulic heating and/or cooling systems
