Inside Sales Team Member

Inside Sales Team Member drives customer relationships and sales growth by establishing and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers, negotiating pricing, preparing quotes, submitting orders, and collaborating with Outside Sales, Purchasing, Branch Leaders, and other team members. The role focuses on lead generation, identifying new customers through networking and cold calls, applying product knowledge to match products to customer needs, gathering competitor information, and providing oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, and market activities to support sales strategy and product development.
