Job Summary
Inside Sales Team Manager at 700Credit in Southfield, MI, responsible for leading a 15-person Inside Sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals, oversee sales administration, forecast performance, coach and develop reps, and maintain process discipline while collaborating with cross-functional partners; requires hands-on leadership, data-driven decision making, and strong knowledge of sales tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Office).
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrates proven leadership experience managing Inside Sales teams with a focus on performance and accountability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce; power user experience preferred
- Strong ability to coach and scale sales teams; understands sales administration process
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills; cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience working with automotive retail teams, OEMs, dealer groups, or vendor-side organizations strongly preferred
- Requires minimal travel, approximately 5–10% annually
- Hands-on leader capable of motivating others, translating data into action, and building a high-performance team
