Job Summary
Support Design & Sales Specialists with administrative tasks throughout the sales cycle, including qualifying leads, identifying upselling opportunities, and advising customers on sizing, floor plans, and material selection. Deliver elevated, consultative service across multiple channels to create personalized experiences while maintaining a clean, on-brand showroom. Navigate multiple software applications to ensure trade customers receive timely follow-up and accurate information. Manage the Inside Sales team's operational needs through proactive communication and outreach. This seasonal, in-person role is based in the Dallas showroom in Fairfax, VA, with a duration through January 30th, 2027.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a consumer-facing role
- 2+ years of customer service and/or direct consumer sales
- High level of proficiency working online across multiple software tools such as Zoom, Google suite, Salesforce, Gladly, Shopify
- Solutions oriented with sound judgment, business sense, and high integrity
- Willingness to work in a collaborative environment and wear many hats
- Great time management and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday hours
- Ability to navigate between multiple software applications
- In-person role, based out of our Dallas showroom located in the Mosaic District in Fairfax, VA
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for the design industry
- Home furnishings or design industry experience
- BA or experience working in a creative field, interior design, art history, architecture, etc.
- Account management experience
