Job Summary
Support Design & Sales Specialists with administrative tasks throughout the sales cycle while offering elevated, consultative service across in-person, chat, text, email, and phone channels. Deliver exceptional design and product expertise by advising customers on sizing, floor plan layouts, and material selection. Qualify leads, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and maintain a clean, organized showroom that delights clients at every touchpoint. Navigate multiple software applications including Salesforce, Shopify, and Zoom to ensure timely follow-up for trade customers. This seasonal, part-time role (up to 29 hours/week) is based at our Dallas showroom in Summit, NJ, with a hire date through January 30th, 2027.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a consumer-facing role
- 2+ years of customer service and/or direct consumer sales
- High level of proficiency working online across multiple software tools such as Zoom, Google suite, Salesforce, Gladly, Shopify
- Solutions oriented with sound judgment, business sense, and high integrity
- Willingness to work in a collaborative environment and wear many hats
- Great time management and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday hours
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for the design industry
- Home furnishings or design industry experience
- BA or experience working in a creative field, interior design, art history, architecture, etc.
- Account management experience
