Job Summary
Inside Sales Support Specialist to back our Domestic Sales team by assisting Account Managers in developing and nurturing relationships with law enforcement and public safety clients within a defined territory. Responsibilities include identifying and recommending technical solutions (e.g., In-Car Video, Body Worn Video, evidence management, radar/LIDAR), negotiating terms of sale (specifications, pricing, installation, training, warranties, service agreements), qualifying and managing leads, documenting interactions in Salesforce, and supporting order entry and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in sales, CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), strong communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
