Job Summary
Inside Sales Support Specialist responsible for managing customer accounts, following up with customers, providing troubleshooting assistance, and supporting the Sales Team with outbound activities, lead compilation and delegation, and performance monitoring. Role includes assisting with customer visits and providing outside sales support as needed. Requires organization, effective communication, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.
