Job Summary
Inside Sales Support role based in Riyadh, focused on supporting Lead-to-Order activities. Responsibilities include processing samples, preparing quotations and contracts, updating customer master data, monitoring opportunities and contracts, coordinating customer visits, handling complaints with Sales/Quality, supporting account managers during the lead-to-order process, and managing overdue payments to support cashflow. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of sales support/customer service experience (preferably in Food & Beverage), strong communication skills in English (Arabic a plus), and SAP experience is preferable. Local candidates in Riyadh/Saudi Arabia are prioritized. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Pricing, QA, and Logistics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in sales support / customer service, preferably in the Food & Beverage Industry
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Strong customer orientation and solution-driven
- Dynamic and energetic business attitude
- SAP experience preferred
- Team player with strong customer focus
- Problem solving/analytical thinking
- Priority given to candidates in Riyadh/Saudi Arabia
