Job Summary
Conduct daily contact with customers and prospects in freight forwarding through active warm and cold acquisition calls. Manage commercial and administrative support for the sales team and operations, including drafting and tracking quotes and price requests. Process and follow up on sales leads while serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution. Maintain accurate client relationships and identify new commercial opportunities. Full-time role (40 hours) with a flexible budget option and home work possibilities.
Required Qualifications
- excellent command of the Dutch and English language in spoken and written form
- experience within the air freight sector

- VGB-screening
- WLS testing
