Inside Sales Support

Support the Sales Team division by facilitating operational flow and managing job installations. Contact individuals by telephone to promote products, deliver and adjust scripted sales pitches, and provide pricing details. Obtain customer information including names and addresses, schedule appointments for sales staff, and answer calls from prospects responding to advertisements. Follow up on initial interactions and conduct customer and marketing surveys.
