Inside Sales Support

Support the Sales Team division by facilitating operational flow and managing job installation tracking. Contact individuals via telephone to promote products, explain services, and deliver or adjust scripted sales pitches to meet specific needs. Provide pricing details, obtain customer information including names and addresses, and schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers. Answer incoming calls from potential customers responding to advertisements and follow up on initial interactions. Conduct customer and marketing surveys to gather feedback.
