Job Summary
Inside Sales Support role in Catano, PR supporting outside sales reps by researching and qualifying leads, distributing to outside sales reps, identifying potential customers, assisting sales reps in maintaining the sales pipeline, communicating regularly with new accounts to develop rapport, maintaining assigned accounts, addressing category gap reporting, procuring sample requests, assisting with RFPs, making customer visits 1-2 times per month with assigned sales reps, and upon proof of ability, quoting and securing new item sales to existing customers; communicating product changes and conversions and introducing new products to the customer base.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
