Inside Sales

Inside Sales / Operations Support & Sales Specialist to support Area Managers in operations, fleet management, and sales support. Duties include preparing action plans by accounts and product lines through effective search of sales leads and prospects, possessing strong product knowledge to assist customer buying decisions, providing timely and accurate competitive pricing for pricing approvals, assisting in managing operational costs, proactively anticipating operational risks and creating preventive solutions, assisting with MORA inspections, and playing a key role in achieving operations goals. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, establish and maintain relationships across the organization, communicate professionally in writing and verbally, champion an inclusive work environment, and demonstrate initiative, trust, integrity, and proactive problem-solving to drive results. A strong emphasis on safety compliance, customer service excellence, and collaboration with Field Operations and the Support Center is noted.
