Job Summary
Inside Sales Specialist to sell the twiist portfolio (medical device/diabetes care) with a consultative approach to customers; collaborate with Territory Business Leaders and Clinical Diabetes Specialists; manage outbound/inbound calls, assess customer needs, communicate product and pharmacy benefits, ensure positive customer journey, and document in Salesforce; remote-based role with East/West coast openings, travel to home office in Marlborough, MA; minimum bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in medical/healthcare sales; familiarity with diabetes and pharmacy channel is preferred; bilingual and Salesforce experience are a plus; shifts 9 AM–6 PM local time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare or consumer product related field
