Job Summary
Inside Sales Specialist to partner with Outside Sales, support key accounts, help drive revenue growth, and manage pricing, quoting, order management, and account coordination. You’ll use ERP and CRM systems to identify trends and opportunities, manage open orders and backorders, coordinate purchasing and shipments, and communicate proactively with customers, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving. The role emphasizes business development through responsiveness, urgency, and teamwork, with responsibilities including pricing strategy support, preparing accurate quotations, maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to overall sales growth. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities are essential, with ERP/CRM proficiency and Microsoft Office experience; bilingual Spanish is a valuable asset.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Inside Sales, Sales Support, Account Management, or Customer Support experience within construction, industrial, building materials, distribution, or related industries
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Confidence working with ERP systems, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and sales technology
- Self-motivated professional with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Bilingual Spanish is considered a strong asset
