Job Summary
Inside Sales Specialist to maximize revenue across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical divisions. Take ownership of unsold estimates, follow up with prospective customers, overcome objections, and help convert opportunities into booked work. Manage high-value sales opportunities, prioritize and dispatch based on technician performance and revenue potential, and support field teams in closing opportunities. Present financing options, promotions, and available solutions; maintain follow-up schedules; respond to inbound leads and technician-generated opportunities; and track sales activity in ServiceTitan and other systems. This is a performance-driven role with commission opportunities and uncapped earning potential, located in an office setting with high call volume and extended hours during peak periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years inside sales/outbound sales/customer retention experience
- Strong closing, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Home Services, or related industries preferred
- ServiceTitan experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Prior residential home services experience preferred
