Job Summary
Inside Sales Specialist - Service role focusing on managing client inquiries (phone, email), preparing service quotations and ensuring a seamless customer experience across the service lifecycle. Responsibilities include proactively analyzing customer needs, coordinating with internal teams to identify appropriate solutions, sending service quotations and tracking their progression, monitoring service progress, collecting customer feedback, handling post-sale activities and customer satisfaction surveys, verifying invoice accuracy, and supporting related controls. Requires strong communication, customer orientation, proactivity, attention to detail, Salesforce or similar CRM experience, and fluency in English and French. Desirable knowledge in logistics, import/export or customs services. Location: Frascati, Italy. Employment type: permanent, full-time. Relocation assistance offered.
