Job Summary
Join Semper Solaris as an Inside Sales Specialist, promoting renewable energy solutions in the residential solar installation industry. Responsibilities include educating customers about solar energy benefits, analyzing their needs, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales through inbound leads without cold calling. Ideal candidates will possess deep knowledge of solar products, excellent sales skills, and must hold or be able to obtain an HIS License. This full-time role offers unlimited earning potential through commissions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success as a top-performing solar sales representative
- Solid knowledge of solar energy products
- Experience in roofing or HVAC sales is a plus
- Must possess, or be able to obtain, an HIS License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to generate leads and close sales
- Relentless drive for success and achievement
- Must have access to high-speed internet
