Job Summary
Follow up on inquiries and identify potential needs via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Check in on existing clients to ensure they are operating well and inquire about new opportunities. Document interactions and keep accounts organized while interacting with Engineering and Production Departments. Support other team members when needed and travel occasionally once specific product knowledge and training are met. This role supports domestic sales efforts for Charles Ross & Son Company, a leader in industrial mixing and blending equipment, offering opportunities for growth within a collaborative, employee-owned firm.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
- Proficiency with Email communications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team player, with friendly demeanor, mechanically inclined, trustworthy and willing to learn
- Must be able to travel occasionally once a level of specific product knowledge and training has been met
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in machinery sales
- Technical understanding of industrial process equipment
