Job Summary
Inside Sales Specialist (Radiology) owns end-to-end account management and demand generation for assigned radiology accounts, including CT/MR devices and contrast media. Drives opportunity generation and renewals, achieves revenue targets, and collaborates with Account Growth Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and product squads. Uses data analytics and CRM tools to generate and close opportunities, coordinates handoffs to service/renewal teams, engages radiology administrators, IT, and procurement, and aligns portfolio adoption with customer needs across hospital systems in the Southwest and Mountain regions. Residence-based in the United States with emphasis on strong virtual/remote engagement, ensuring compliance with Bayer policies and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare sales or inside sales experience (medical device, software, or pharma) (Minimum 3+ years preferred)
- Demonstrated knowledge of radiology with strong knowledge of medical devices, software, contrast media, and service portfolio
- Knack for leveraging internal tools and systems to effectively support business processes and decision-making
- Strong virtual/remote engagement skills — phone, email, and digital platforms
- Personal strengths include communication, objection-handling, and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable working in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to deal with ambiguity; learn on the fly in a safe to try environment, and critical thinking skills
- Drawn to being self-directed, detail oriented, highly organized and delivering within set timeframes, in order to be an accountable team member within the squad
