Job Summary
As an Inside Sales Specialist at Statco-DSI, you will support the internal team by providing a premium customer experience through accurate order processing and proactive customer engagement. This role includes overseeing the entire order process, maintaining clear documentation, and increasing product knowledge through training. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, three or more years of experience in a similar role, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
