Job Summary
Inside Sales Specialist responsible for growing sales of Laboratory products and services for resellers and tier 3 customers primarily via phone, email, and digital platforms. Develop and maintain effective customer relationships, implement sales strategies, manage pricing, research market trends, and maintain accurate reporting. Travel occasionally for customer meetings and trainings (10-20%). Requires a Bachelor's degree, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), and strong communication/organizational skills. Bilingual English/Mandarin is an added advantage. Able to work independently and in a team within a global leader in serving science.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Inside sales experience 1-2 years would be an advantage
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce.com)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Travel occasionally for meetings and trainings (10-20%)
- Bilingual English/Mandarin would be an added advantage
