Job Summary
Utilize technical knowledge to sell and promote products, systems, and services while working closely with production engineering to tailor offerings to customer needs. Provide training, guidance, and responsive communication to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, and identify new business opportunities to expand market share. Develop a deep understanding of products to effectively address inquiries, demonstrating mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving abilities. Requires a college engineering or technology degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, and clear verbal and written communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- College engineering or technology degree preferred, or significant industry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD applications
- Ability to interpret mechanical or engineering diagrams/specifications
