Job Summary
Inside Sales Specialist – Diesel Truck Parts to assist customers by phone, email, and front-counter; help customers find diesel truck parts and related products; prepare quotes and process orders; follow up on pricing, availability, shipping, and order status; maintain accurate notes, quotes, orders, and sales activity; learn vendor lines and product offerings; resolve customer questions professionally; support cross-functional teams including sales, warehouse, production, shipping, and management; requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills and interest in diesel trucks and mechanical parts.
Required Qualifications
