Inside Sales Specialist - Industrial Supplies

Job Summary
Answer inbound phone calls, process quotations and estimates, and track shipping status via multiple service channels. Streamline order processing, manage blanket orders, and resolve return or credit requests while verifying pricing and availability. Prepare orders by pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing delivery orders. Maintain customer databases, address inquiries and complaints, and identify upselling opportunities. Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, documenting best practices and cultivating trust. Uphold safety standards in both office and warehouse environments. Work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay after 40 hours and weekend on-call availability for special circumstances. Leverage the proprietary T3 platform to support seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Handle customer inquiries with a sense of urgency.
- Must be detail oriented and accurate.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Must be dependable.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of products to effectively assist customers, leveraging comprehensive product knowledge.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (On call during the weekend only in special circumstances)
