Job Summary
The Inside Sales Specialist/Customer Service position involves working closely with customers and Outside Sales Representatives to ensure accurate and timely processing of product orders. Key responsibilities include building relationships with customers throughout the sales process, taking phone orders, servicing walk-in customers, coordinating sales orders, and suggesting appropriate products based on customer needs. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position and a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
