Job Summary
Manage customer requirements and expectations through remote communication or site visits while owning the delivery of technical and commercial proposals within the Emerson Systems & Software Lifecycle Services portfolio. Propose innovative solutions, apply methodologies to minimize execution costs, and proactively inform collaborators on status or challenges. Acquire and share knowledge with the team, support on-the-job development of other Service Specialists, and adhere to Ethics and Information Security policies. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 2+ years of similar experience, and proficiency in English and MS Office. Full-time role with competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, in an Engineering field or similar
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Computer literate (MS Office)

- Experience in process automation field for various industries
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Self-disciplined and autonomous
- Experience with CRM systems
- Proficiency in another European language
